What’s been happening:

I have lived in the Rochester, NY area since Oct 1998. Since January 2000, when I earned an A+ computer certification, I have worked on technical support help desks. In May 2008 to further my career, I earned an Associates degree in Information Technology from Bryant & Stratton College. I began my career with Paychex Inc. in Sept 2008!
